Blueberry Cream Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp honey
- Softened cream cheese, 4 oz

- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, blueberries, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a small mixing bowl.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread evenly.
- To make two sandwiches, top two of the bread slices with the remaining slices.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve or serve immediately.
