Ham and Avocado Sandwich with Pickles Recipe

This Ham and Avocado Sandwich with Pickles is a quick and easy lunch option that is also filling and tasty. The creamy avocado and tangy pickles perfectly complement the salty ham.

Ingredients

4-6 slices of pickles
4 slices of bread
1 tbsp mayonnaise
4-6 slices of ham
1 ripe avocado, mashed

Total Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

Toast the bread until it turns golden brown.
On two slices of bread, spread mashed avocado.
On top of the avocado, layer the ham and pickles.
Spread mayonnaise on the remaining two slices of bread and top with the ham and pickles to make a sandwich.
Serve the sandwich cut in half.
