Instructions

  • Combine the chicken, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
  • To combine, stir everything together thoroughly.
  • Toast the bread slices until they are lightly browned.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on each of the four slices of bread.
  • Top with a quarter of the chicken and egg salad mixture.
  • Top each sandwich with two slices of tomato.
  • Top with the remaining bread slices.
