Ingredients

• Season with salt and black pepper to taste
• cream cheese, 4 oz
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 4 slices of bread
• 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

• On one side of each slice of bread, spread cream cheese.
• Combine cucumber slices, red onion slices, and chopped dill on 2 slices of bread.
• Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
• Place the remaining 2 slices of bread, cream cheese side down, on top of the cucumber mixture.
• Serve each sandwich half-way.
