Cream Cheese and Cucumber Sandwich Recipe
This Cream Cheese and Cucumber Sandwich is a light and refreshing meal that is ideal for any time of day. A satisfying combination of creamy cheese, crunchy cucumbers, and zesty red onions.
Ingredients
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste
- cream cheese, 4 oz
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- On one side of each slice of bread, spread cream cheese.
- Combine cucumber slices, red onion slices, and chopped dill on 2 slices of bread.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Place the remaining 2 slices of bread, cream cheese side down, on top of the cucumber mixture.
- Serve each sandwich half-way.
