Fried Crab Sandwich Recipe

This delectable fried crab sandwich is ideal for lunch or dinner. The crab patties are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the bread gives the dish a nice texture.

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/2 lb crabmeat
• 4 slices of bread
• 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 15 minutes
• Cook Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

• Combine the crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
• Mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
• Make four patties out of the mixture.
• In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
• Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
• Toast the bread slices before placing one patty on each.
• Serve immediately.
