  • Toss the sweet potato strips in a mixing bowl with the cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the sweet potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Cook the sweet potato fries for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
